If there was ever an employer that will show you loyalty, caring about what you do, and going above and beyond your job responsibilities is meaningless, it's this company. Ultimately a valuable lesson to learn. Poor decisions made at the top will always be evident by things such as high turnover rates and annual mass firings or "layoffs." Be that as it may, take comfort in the fact that the Owner and his Senior Leadership Team are praying for you and your family!

Literally everything else. The amount of psychological warfare endured during my time there was inhumane. Pay rates are not competitive with other companies in more populated areas. Management will never take accountability for their actions and how that affects productivity. This company is very clicky and if you aren’t in the “in-crowd” you will not make it very far here
