There is a huge customer focus at BioRender, and very strong-product fit with great customer love. You get to work alongside scientists, designers, engineers, PMs, illustrators, and great GTM teams, which creates great cross functional work experience and opportunities to grow in unique ways! The product is constantly evolving, with newer features and entire products launching in a unique tech and science intersection!
Cons
Fast-paced environment with a growing startup feel, which can sometimes create ambiguity that requires strong navigation skills. Within GTM, this can be especially exciting for those who thrive in startup environments, but success often depends on being proactive, adaptable, and comfortable driving outcomes.
