One trick pony with no real innovation happening; relies solely on re-creating the same thing over and over in slightly different forms; too many products with two little differentiation. Absentee mom-and-pop, old-guard leadership are unsophisticated and out of touch. Middle management is neutered with little power to drive the brand forward; no curiosity about new people and what value they might bring to the company.; Toxic culture—bullying, retaliation—with no oversight or well-trained people managers to step in and correct the problem. No HR department. If you want to work for an innovative health tech company who values its people, this is not it.
