- lots of interesting work - fast-paced - fun group - great location - beautiful office - sink or swim, make your own opportunities - some benefits - easy to schedule time off - bagel fridays
Cons
- heavy work load with fast deadlines... it's easy to lose track of a good work/life balance - opportunities for advancement abound, unsure if salaries will also advance
