No Job security at all. They can fire you as per their needs. Managers talk in foul languages i.e the F word in every sentence they speak. . They prefer to work with young unmarried crowd so if you are married you will be on higher risk on getting fired. very small teams with less experienced employees. good employees leave this company in less than 6 months. they ask you to work till late and even on weekends. They can embarrass you at any time infront of others. no work from home policy. higher management has just 3 people who deciedes the fate of their employees as per their wishes. even if you get a job there dont join becoz they can fire you even if you make a small mistake. they have fired three of my friends who luckily have got job in very big and reputed companies. i have also left their job and got good one too. so folks, dont waste your time in this company you will surely regret your decision later if you join this company. every month people are leaving their job and that the reason they need to hire every month.

There is a new “Presence Policy” which requires employees to be physically present at the office from 8:30 to 5:30 every day. Employee 360 performance review asks to comment on how frequently your colleagues are late for work. No flex hours, no working from home. Lack of diversity in R&D.
