The hours, flexibility of schedule

The management consists of 1 1/2 people. Everything needs to go through them causing a timeglass effect where everything takes a lot longer than it should take to get things done. There is an extreme gap/bias from English speaking workers and Chinese speaking workers. Things are handled very unprofessionally. Clients are lied to/or given the run around often. This management does not bother reading e-mails thoroughly enough, and responds with asking the same questions again that have already been answered. Turnaround rate for a company with 30 people is ridiculously high.

No training given and you are expected to know everything by magic. I was handed over a project lead role on top of my sales position without any training and was expected to keep up my sales target while i was putting half my time in sales. Cheats on commission, no transparency regarding commissions No group meetings, no one on one feedback on performance Poor pay

Where to start. First of all, it’s not a safe work place. There is no sharp container, eye washer and proper PPE in the “lab”. No any kind of safety training and any one can go to the lab. Management is chaotic and is fear based. I have seen people yelling at each other. Turn over is insanely high. You are expected to work overtime but no pay!
