It’s wonderful to hear that you find the work enjoyable and that you feel supported in your professional growth. We take great pride in our people-first culture and our remote-forward environment.
We also appreciate your transparency regarding the late-night proposals and the frequency of reviews. The fast-paced nature of media buying certainly keeps us on our toes, but we want to ensure that "staying busy" doesn't lead to burnout. We take an ongoing, thoughtful approach to streamlining our processes and refining feedback loops so they serve as a support system rather than a hurdle.
