Terrible place to work! Most unprofessional company I have ever encountered.

Pros

Good for entry into the industry

Cons

Terrible pay, overworked employees, unprofessional, out of a house rather than an office. This place is absolutely awful to work. They cannot hold onto employees (3 people left while I was there). They make you work 44 hours a week but only pay you for 40, and will work you longer if they can find a way. I could go on and on about this place. The time I was there was the worst working experience of my life. I have now started with a new company and I can't believe how different it is.

Pros

Beyond Rewards is a small company that is growing quickly, this means that there is a lot of different type of work to do every day - no day is the same. There are plenty of training opportunities internally as Beyond Rewards facilitates training themselves.

Cons

Due to Beyond Rewards being a small company there aren't some resources available that would be nice to have in the workplace.
