There are also issues around lack of confidentiality and some questionable practices in HR, with reports of them gaslighting employees and not really looking out for people's wellbeing. You might want to take a good hard look at their policies and how they actually treat workers before taking a job here.

The company is shady with how they make internal upper management decisions. People are fired left and right for unjust reasons or simply because someone above them doesn’t “like” them. HR is truly under the foot of the co-founders and has no interest in resolving interpersonal issues between employees, and would rather just let someone go.
