      Pros

      Money. If you work hard at car sales and you aren't a complete moron you should make a decent amount of money here. Also the Star Nissan location is pretty well managed for a car dealership mainly thanks to the GM. Sales managers are hit or miss and rotate a lot.

      Cons

      Sales management is weak. GSMs rotate in and out because each one thinks he is going to reinvent car sales. If you want to be good you lose your social life. You have to deliver cars after hours and on your day off.

      Good pay. Excellent inventory. Great digital process. Very good owners!

      Cons

      Managers are bullies. They don’t practice what they preach. They’re rude and condescending to you and then expect you to have a positive attitude with customers, when they bring you down each time. If they’re not selling, it’s always the sales associate fault. They also love to give their deals to their favorite sales people. Adelita is a misogynist in a in “girl power” facade but Lon the inside she would rather see a man win, cause at the end of the day, for her another women is a competition for her. Also racists and hypocrites that have no sense of decency. Bad people to work with altogether
