      Treated poorly by upper management, constantly belittled and never praised for good work, no raises when forced to accept more responsibilities, false promises on employee benefits

      Pros

      Great people, casual dress, true team atmosphere; everyone is very easy to work with and helpful. The work we do really does help everyday people which instills a sense of pride.

      Cons

      Very little professional development outside of required CEs. Once you have a job function, you're likely to do the same job for the duration of your employment; few opportunities for growth.
