Managers are good guys and do care about you succeeding.

Cons

Everything else you will be expected to call 250 businesses a day most of them absolutely hate this company and hang up on you immediately. Coworkers come and go as they fire anyone and everybody even on the first week. Wouldn't recommend this job to anyone unless you want a resume builder.
