Pros

Subsidized Meals & Perks: Both lunch and dinner are subsidized. You also get access to an on-site gym and other standard benefits. The "Snack" Situation: small daily snacks . Work-Life Balance: The work itself is straightforward and uncomplicated. It’s a perfect fit for those with families or anyone looking to transition into a "semi-retired" lifestyle.

Cons

Office Politics: There is a bit of "clique culture" here; some people really love their inner circles, though for the most part, it won’t impact your day-to-day much. Stagnation: Salary growth is quite slow. Because the work is so simple, it can quickly become monotonous, boring, and lacks any real challenge. Bureaucracy & Friction: The communication cost is incredibly high, leading to very low efficiency across the board.
