Pros

Great benefits offered to full-time employees.

Cons

Communication within top level management is lacking. Not sure who is in charge... Offices at the end of the chain are left hanging. Supposed push to get behind producers, but actions don't support these goals. I have seen personal biases of management take a toll on employees.

Thank you for your feedback! Based on employee feedback (such as yours) we instituted a new management structure and adopted a "flat organization" concept. All operations and sales employees report to a Regional VP. This new structure has increased effective communication.

Does not value good employees

Pros

My direct manager was very understanding and laid back. Always encouraged the great work and was easy to talk to.

Cons

Values the wrong employees. Only promotes people that suck up to management. Unfair pay for the amount of work expected to do. Good people will continue to leave this company.
