Pros

The pay is standard for my area and the way that they offer assignments is very straightforward and user friends, especially for those who are not too tech savvy.

Cons

The policies can be too much and too strict for a freelance/per diem/contracted position. They like for everyone to follow policy or get punished/charged even if there is an emergency, something out of your control or the weather or road conditions are dangerous. You might have better options and just keep this one as a back up unless you know that nothing will ever happen. They also sometimes have favorites with who they give assignments to.

Pros

There is nothing good about working for this company.

Cons

They barely send any requests. Any request is only 1-2 hours in length, meaning you only get paid 60 dollars yet they expect you to travel 2 hours each way to get to a location.
