Pros
Great place to learn hands on skills. Will work 40-50 hrs consistently. New owner is making improvements.
Cons
Might have to work Monday - Saturday sometimes. Not much room to advance quickly or far. A lot of things are still done backwards.

nice people and will teach you skills if you're a motivated learner. Also they allow some guys to work part time and go to school at the same time.
Cons
takes a little long to get raises and vacation days and sometimes requires you to work saturday mornings.
