Pros

They don't fire easily because they're unionized.

Cons

Terrible workers at Richmond, BC plant. They are all liars who talk garbage about you, spread lies, do anything to make you look bad. No patience to train. No matter how fast you move and learn, they accuse you of being stupid and lazy. The day shift yell all the time because they know they can never be fired no matter how much they bully others.

Pros

Great co-workers and supervisors. Head manager is a different story.

Cons

Bad upper management creating a divide between staff. Promises of a proper training that never happens. Getting put in different departments than the one that you were hired to d because the company is too cheap to hire someone to cover you. Having unrealistic expectations of amount of production where they don't even know if they have ingredients to make said batch. Constant revisions of schedule.
