      Met some awesome people in the trenches.

      Cons

      Every project had lots of crunch time. No ability to schedule properly or manage publisher expectations. No ability to distinguish between hard workers and poor workers. Poor management.

      Pros

      Great work environment, many talented people, some good projects to work on. The location at the time was excellent, right in Vancouver.

      Cons

      Some of the projects were overly ambitious in scope. Some morale issues over time, but those were associated with some of the troubled projects.
