      Access to raw materials and equipment for projects

      This place will take advantage of you. I was fired for taking FMLA leave after my baby was born. I strongly recommend recording everything between you, HR, and upper management. Have a laywer ready for EVERY TIME that HR needs you to sign something, theyre not capable of explaining the legal documents in front of you.

      Money, Wise best raises I have had.

      Cons

      Micromanaging is like trying to do a good job with one hand tied behind your back. Then they question why you don't grow. To get promoted, it's about who you know. not your skills. The goal post is constantly moving and impossible to reach.
