Besides the company trip to JB and nice colleagues, I can't think of anything else that is good here.
Cons
- There are rats in the office, bad office location.
- Boss always screams vulgarities at us and is very petty,
- No career progression, no increment, very low bonus, lack opportunity to grow.
- Forced to take AL during CNY week and Xmas week, and go to company trip (otherwise deduct AL).
- No proper SOP and reporting structure, directors often have conflicting opinions so not sure who to listen.
- Lots of projects with lot of room to take responsibility and learn quickly
- Team lead is approachable usually
- Very lean team with limited unnecessary meetings

Cons
- was told there is work from home during interview. There was no work from home.
- promises of pay hikes are made but not kept.
- cannot change teams which is sad given that sustainability is already a niche within the construction industry
- does not foster training
- cuts AL for CNY and Christmas, does not stated in the contract
- health insurance reimbursement is in NTUC vouchers. Not stated in contract either.
- finance claims take over 4 months to process, made very difficult
- SOP different across teams
- very few softwares available
