Friendly professional management team who can be selective at recruitment. They do not recruit just anyone

lack of communication when it really mattered.

Pros
Staff is very good and know their stuff. The pay is pretty good. The facility is very nice. Schhol lunch is good.
Cons
No real room for advancement. Not allowed to speak another language besides the one you were hired to teach in.
