Nothing except flexible leaves and vacation.

Cons

Worst management, management will only promote you if you can yes sir everytime. If you stand for yourself of the team you will be cornered. Once you have been assigned work it's your job to find how to do it before you actually do it. Training - 0, management - 0, team building - 0, pay less than Tim Hortons and Walmart. Company is nearly surviving.

Easy to gain experience. Staff is like family unlike management. If you have a pulse you can work here. Different type of work. Management lies.

Cons

Bad management. Favoritism. Promotes bad employees. Bad starting salary for all positions. Take on more work get less reward.
