Pros
This is the best atmosphere to call your place of employment. From the managers to the staff to the clients... everyone is so happy, helpful, and friendly. I have never worked at a job that I enjoy going to so much. There is so much opportunity for growth no matter which position or department you work in. I have been here for a year and moved from Customer service to be asst and am up for HR manager role within a few months. There is an open door policy and everyone is there to help. We are all truly like a family.
Cons
The only issue at the moment is temporary... they are doing construction so parking is metered but they will be done soon. There is permanent parking for employees though despite the construction. Our office is also being remodeled so we share an office for the next couple months. Again temporary because we are growing so fast .
