Pros

Parent store seems to see the problem and are trying to improve conditions

Cons

Training is not good. You are mentored for two days then told you are on your own. You basically learn through mistakes. And hopefully not too big of mistake

Pros

Fun Co-workers Plenty of work to do Fun potlocks Family oriented work place Offers education reimbursement

Cons

Stuck in the the 60's, no one listens to creative/inventive ideas, or there is so much push back to change. Everything is very stagnant because "this is how it's always been done" There is no room for innovation or forward thinkers.
