      Lots of work, long hours, amazing people

      Pros

      Azure dynamics has an amazing team, the people there are very cool and enjoy working for the company. My experience there working on electric and hybrid vehicles will be very useful elsewhere. Lots of talented people there.

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours, executives take massive bonuses which is crippling the company. Stock price is at an all time low, job security is not good, just went through lay offs and morale is low.

      Pros

      This company was full of great people to work with and for. The projects were quite challenging but also very rewarding to complete.

      Cons

      The company folded due to funding issues. I'm not sure exactly if there was any one specific issue, maybe warranty costs? Shipping one or two vehicles all over the continent?

      Pros

      Management that cares, and goes the extra mile to build a 'community' at work. No glass ceiling between staff and upper management - even the CEO was very approachable and always happy to help. Even joining in on impromptu social activities.

      Cons

      Financial difficulties in a tough market and climate.
