Exposure to real world DAS and RF engineering projects across multiple venues and customers Hands on experience with multiple vendors and OEMs. You gain wide technical knowledge very quickly because you’re involved in many aspects of projects. Good place to build practical skills if you’re self driven and technically strong.
Cons
Chronic understaffing leads to consistently high workload and pressure. Expectations are often unclear, and priorities can change with little notice. Limited structure, documentation, and formal processes increase stress and rework. Engineers are frequently expected to compensate for organizational gaps. Support during high stress or critical situations can be inconsistent.
