      Good company culture with people-first mentality; decent pay; great benefits

      Cons

      The company is small and there is not much room for advancement or mobility. Immediate supervisor said they would give me a referral after I was laid off and then changed their mind.

      Growing company, good atmosphere, flexible work/life balance.

      Sometimes things were slow to progress and move through channels, mostly due to delays with management. There were few cons though, good overall.
