Very high turnover rate
Anticipate working through lunch every day, unpaid mandatory meetings, 12+ hour work days regularly
No ability for work-life balance
Old technology entirely in Japanese, which is impossible to navigate for non-speakers
Office is 100% paper-based, very little technology is employed
too much work and responsibilities but really Low salary, No respect for employees, power harassment, lack of management, late replies, small office, CEO is mean, she is taking too much advantage of the employees, I don't want anyone to be sacrificed by this company...never recommend anyone to work here. Stay away from this company!!
