      Great springboard, but not a career company

      Pros

      Exposure to big-name technologies (mostly related to SAP) and work with global clients. Excellent health insurance. Tuition reimbursement after you've been with the company for a year. Management has an open-door policy that actually feels open-door.

      Cons

      Professional growth slows after 3-4 years if you want to move beyond programming or leading small teams. "Customer service" culture feels servile. HR is too forgiving when administering disciplinary measures.

      Good place for entry level and recent graduates.

      Pros

      Axon has a family culture and gives competitive salary to recent graduates.

      Cons

      Not much growing opportunities after a few years. Administrative personnel is highly overpaid for the work they do. Benefits(vacation & sick days) for exempt employees are low. Too much preference from Managers with a few employees. Some Managers are not very ethical, and tend to micromanage.
