Pros

Will get opportunity to dive deep into code development and immediately contribute to the projects. The employees are a pleasure to be around. Great people to get to know and talk to.

Cons

The business practices are incredibly shady. They take advantage of young minds for free labor. They particularly take advantage of international students, especially when it comes to compensation. The work all interns do warrants being compensated appropriately. There are no clear roadmaps for projects. Management is terrible. CTO instead of hiring the appropriate professionals to delegate responsibilities to acts in the role of multiple positions and is incapable of providing the proper attention to all. Result is employees being left in dark as CTO is difficult to get dedicated attention from.Projects become disorganized due to no clear time tables. Moreover engineers end up overworked since there is refusal to increase the experienced employee pool, instead opting to take advantage of students.

Pros

Although our CEO may have some leadership issues, I have been fortunate to work under some amazing managers who have supported and encouraged me throughout my time here.

Cons

The CEO's accusation that his employees were disloyal was a heartless and unjustified statement that aggravated the already existing anxiety within the company. Instead of recognizing and addressing the root causes of the issues that the employees were facing, the CEO chose to blame and shame them, thereby worsening the overall morale and motivation of the workforce. Such actions by leadership can ultimately lead to a toxic work environment, with employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. It is crucial for leaders to listen to and understand the concerns of their employees, rather than making unfounded accusations that only serve to create further division and tension within the workplace.

Pros

Benefits, salary and NIH experience.

Cons

Management does not know what they're doing. Hostile work environment. No training or set sops. The company cares only about the contractors, and the money they bring into the company. Just don't do it. I hated my time here and was berated, insulted, and treated less than while working here. I'm surprised they don't have a lawsuit on their backs yet.
