      Pros

      Environment is good. If you are a fresher than you will get lot of learn. If performance is good then you can get a chance of appraisal with in 6 months.(Only for fresher)

      Cons

      Leave is not good. In my time Saturday was open that was also not good. salary comes to late. No Time flexibility.
