Pros

1. Excellent work life balance because there are lesser projects. 2. Ample parking space in the office premise. 3. Best people to party with. Rest i can't think of any pros.

Cons

No clue where to start and end with as the list is endless 1. HR is spineless they don't have any power to make any decision. 2. 100x biasness towards few emoloyees. Basically the company operates in a family sort of environment where only the family members gets promotions and good bonus. 3. No value add to you CV. You may even end up in negative learning curve of you career. 4. Only people with good interaction with top management gets onsite opportunities.

Pros

Nothing good about this company

Cons

Highly unfair place for non "family" members Unfair treatment to professionals like CA/ MBAs. Here graduate family members are more important than experienced professinals. All the good projects are given to the family members only and not to experienced professionals. P.S. Mainly family members are graduates who are good for nothing

We tend to disagree with this view and would like to clarify that we have a very strong leadership team in place. Different leaders head different verticals / business and they have full freedom to run their vertical in the manner that's most deem fitted by them. This should not be construed as family run business. Our support systems of HR / Finance / Quality etc. are robust and empowered enough to work closely with businesses to ensure that there is also an environment of growth for all. Performance and Merits are the utmost important parameters to grow in the system. We provide tremendous learning opportunities and international exposure to our employees and we will continue to do so. Some of our HR practices are far superior than the market practices and we take pride in it.

Pros

Great place if you are a part of "Family".

Cons

Companies Delhi office has clear demarcation among the employees which divides them as "Family" and "Non-Family". Family comprises of people who are close to the Founding Partner, this group includes people from Analyst to Manager. If you are a part of family you'll love this place because you'll get good increments, bonus, international exposure even when you are an average performer (read below average) but you are good at satisfying ego's of your senior family members. Non Family members are people who usually get paid less, thrive for international exposure even after working on the assignments they have been assigned. I was a non-family member and worked with the organisation for a good span of time but was never given an international travel because the organisation was too busy sending out the employees (from Family group). There is a lot of groupism among employees and many employees have started to believe in back biting the colleagues for getting advantages from the management as management supports this behaviour. HR is good for nothing and usually have no power to take a decision, it is only present to carry out admin activities. HR at Delhi office is bad when it comes to hiring and is even worse when it comes to retaining its employees. You go to HR for a solution and you will come back without any solution. It is only a good place if you have a God father here (a Partner or any senior member or a Family member). Else, if you are a hard worker without a God father in this organisation, then you are bound to get frustrated and leave this organisation.
