If you are looking to advance your career by working with smart, creative PR professionals then this is the place for you. In addition to all the fun clients you’ll have an opportunity to work on, you’ll be surrounded by leadership who truly care about their team.
Cons
The Agency has really evolved over the years, so in addition to PR you’ll have an opportunity to work on some really cool marketing programs as well. I really don’t see a con working at Axis.

Great people (collaborative/hard workers/welcome ideas), fun company culture (thirsty Thursdays, birthdays, summer outings, catered Friday breakfasts, etc.), cool office space, availability to get exposure to different areas of the business/communications disciplines, company benefits (PTO, Gym membership reimbursements, 401K match, etc.)
Cons
Sometimes there are long work hours days.
