Horrible top Management, driven by one man show and solo player under CEO. Hard to scale and far from being a proper organization, just a bunch of heads under this solo player, caring about their individual achievements, creating kingdoms with a very antiquated management stiles Siloed business structure (Actually no formal organization structure) and too many internal islands that hate each-other. No transparency at all levels of the organization, decisions are made by each head of department without consulting or informing others. Leadership with no experience in managing organizations, joined in the early stage in their careers as analysts and grew only seeing this reality. not prepared at all, working in unstructured ways and following no practices, whatsapp management at all effects, big in words copy paste stile.

No growth , No increments , Can get terminated any second so that shouldn be a surprise at all.
