Pros

Supportive culture with smart, motivated colleagues and leadership who genuinely care about the product, customers, and employees, all of whom are treated with fairness and respect. Work-life balance and flexibility are strongly supported. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and focused on long-term growth. Employees are rewarded for doing good work and bringing a positive attitude.

Cons

Occasional growing pains and periods of higher workload as the business scales and processes evolve.

Pros

Opportunities to learn and grow in your career are limitless. Really flat organization with friendly people who care about doing a great job. Flexible hours, unlimited sick time, education allowance and generally a really easy going culture

Cons

if you're looking for a classic 9-5 where you shut off your brain every day at 5pm, you won't enjoy the role

Pros

- Company has huge growth potential and is willing to share success with every employee (bonuses, get-togethers, etc.) -Friendly atmosphere: There is no real hierarchy like in most companies, we can speak freely to everyone (the boss and everyone is pretty chill) and we can voice our opinions. -Mostly WFH: Many of the positions are WFH (except my position) or they may choose to go to the office if they would like to. -Growth inside the company: Most teams are still relatively small, so there will be chances to grow inside the company.

Cons

-Everyone has a lot of different responsibilities and a lot of things on their plate as the teams are still relatively small
