      Nobody cares about anything other than sales so if you do exactly as told, you will be ok.

      Pros

      There was a time when working at Avanti meant something, we had some of the most talented & polished people. Avanti was known as a great place to build a solid career and you were treated with respect.

      Cons

      CEO could care less about the employees, he only cares about himself.
