JUST DON’T EVEN TRY

Pros

None, except if you want to lose money and time

Cons

Pyramidal modalities, comission based-salary, checks to survive, more than 8 hours of work. What they would say in Latin America: labor exploitation.

Pros

None, don’t fall for this place unless you want to lose money & waste your time

Cons

Legally the company has to compensate you for minimum wage for every hour worked if you do not make it in commission. He will not do this. You will go home with less than $30 some weeks while the manager makes thousands.

Pros

I mean honestly… not a thing. Thank you with providing me with an understanding of how not to treat others.

Cons

No pay. You’re “promised” $300 to $500 a day if you’re able to meet their commission standards; only to find out each sale you make could MAYBE be giving you a commission of $30 at most. If doing the math correctly, and you were to make exactly 25 sales a day, as expected, you’d make $750 a day! In a week that $4500! However, it’s THE MOST unrealistic expectation, given the places you go to half the time don’t service that area anyway. You’d be fortunate to make 1 sale a day. You can do the math on that and explain how that is acceptable. Specifically after being told by other employees and the “CEO” himself that you would be compensated for unmade wages. No compensation for gas; if you are “lucky” enough to be someone in the “office” that has car you’re expected to drive anywhere and everywhere. Often I drove a minimum of 3 hours back and forth from the store I was required to go to and the office. You’re required to work a minimum of 70 hours and if you don’t make the 25 sales a week as required, expect your 1 day off to be gone. I had a condition which refused me from standing for long periods of time; and although I’d stand for 10 hours in the store and be alright, don’t expect to be able to take a breathe when walking into the “office”, as you’ll be aggressively yelled at for sitting or leaning in any way. I lost anything and everything I had because of this “job”, including my ability to feel good about the work I do anywhere.
