This company is full of dirty, unethical politics. Senior leadership favours who they please and those employees become "untouchable". There is no transparency from the executive/director team about Ford's future plan with the company and many, including myself, had no idea where the business model was headed for 2023. A lot people don't have a clue on what they're working on but just going with the run of the mill for the pay. Leadership provides the team with "updates" during monthly town halls yet down plays significant changes such as when they bring on a new CEO (which in most companies is a big deal). I would NOT recommend this place. Even though it's remote-first and has some great perks, it's a toxic workplace that will cause you more stress than any other job.
