      Pros

      - very good work atmosphere and company culture. - good, careful and considering management. Strong attachment to values including human values. You feel you can talk anytime to anyone. - good benefits, annual kick off meeting for several days, 100% covered.

      Cons

      - Not necessarily a cons, but for those who don't especially like to constantly learn new and diverse technologies, it may require some adjustment from them to keep up. - You may feel isolated from the other offices around the world. Although management invests efforts into communication, it remains often blurred.

      Pros

      Very nimble organisation dedicated to its customer success. Sales people have great support from pre-sales, legal and commercial team allowing creativity in complex enterprise sale cycle .

      Cons

      Got acquired by CA Technologies. Although the acquisition was very well managed and both organisation (CA and Automic) paid attention to employees need and expectation, it is a major transformation process that will change Automic thoroughly
