Cons

1. Upper Management (CEO and COO) is extremely incompetent and very RUDE. Their “management style” is to micromanage every minute of all employees' time and work. Narcissistic and condescending towards all their employees - their uninformed and illogical suggestions are to be implemented against your better judgment. And when the said suggestions fail to bring any value, the employees are blamed for not doing a good job and shamed publicly. The CEO is antagonist and thrives on & actively seeks confrontation to show who the boss is. CEO and the COO brag about how late and hard they work and how employees should follow suit - and hold grudges against employees if they don’t put in 12-hour shifts with no break. 2. Public Shaming - Employees are shamed in virtual groups and calls for every tiny mistake or for no reason at all! Or are yelled at for asking questions about processes that are new. Any attempt to reason with the CEO or the COO will result in being shut down immediately. You will be ridiculed for even trying to bring up new ideas, so you might as well keep the ideas to yourself. Bullying to get their way is common and they have no appreciation for your hard work at all. The CEO and COO are very adept at gaslighting and passing RACIST comments. Micro-aggressions are the norm! Very unprofessional in their behavior and lack basic ethics. 3. You are expected to know everything from day one. No proper documentation to refer to. Whatever documentation is in place is hastily put together and thrust onto new employees who will have to know how everything works IMMEDIATELY! Employees are also expected to know how to use proprietary company-specific tools on the very first day. 4. Work-life balance - This is a joke. My mental health in the time I have worked here has taken a steep nosedive. You will NOT have any work-life balance. You are expected to work a minimum of 11 hours every day. Leaving before that, even if you finish your work, will get you harassed by the CEO and you will be accused of not being a team player. You are to be online at all times and respond to messages immediately. I haven’t had a decent lunch break in a long time. Also, you will be hounded and harassed until you agree to work ALL weekends. Taking earned leaves is another long process and you will be asked to take fewer leaves so that the company does not suffer. The pressure is insane and the expectations are very unrealistic. 5. Turnover - Insanely high! No one stays longer than a few months or days! Job roles and titles are shuffled at the drop of a hat. 6. Every aspect of your job will be micromanaged. If they even spent half the time they spend on micromanaging on actual work they would have plenty of time to get their work done on time. 7. Do take the negative reviews seriously - I DON’T recommend working here if you value your sanity and health. The overall culture is incredibly toxic made so by the upper management.
