Not much to say... culture is very good, team players

- poor leadership - no performance management - poor manager capability - horrid culture - clunky systems - the hr team has one of the worst cultures I've ever worked in - the don't practice their values, especially in the hr team - when people are made redundant it's a lifetime thing - literally they're saying goodbye you can never come back. Even after 12 months or 12 yrs. Pretty harsh kick out the door. - people backstab and there is poor two way communication - managers yell at employees in head office, even in HR - you stay till 10pm because systems crash with no thanks and they expect you to be there at 8am the next morning - lack of flexibility
