-Compensation structure is terrible, commission is basically non-existent.
-Only the people who have been there longest were allowed to work on the higher positions, although the difficulty was 0, yet the pay was more substantial
-Recruiters stole candidates from other recruiters, resulting in thousands of dollars
-Isolation, no friendly competition or team camaraderie, let alone interaction from coworkers (yes this is the sign of bad management)
-no growth whatsoever (was promised a promotion ..... then nope)
