A lot of talented and dedicated employees who have chosen to build a career with the company. The work environment is fun and casual. The business owners recognize both team and individual accomplishments, empowering managers to make decisions that can impact overall company success. The owners also constantly encourage technology innovations providing comfortable and smooth work experience for the employees.
Cons
Unable to evolve away from an online reselling based on drop-ship business model. Value-added service did not provide enough revenue to expand the business. No offer of education opportunities to improve and develop the skill sets of employees

not much growth potential skimping on basic day to day breakroom utilites such as spoon fork sugar bring your own!? very meager salary pay scale they make you fell guilty if you ever file for vacation leave
