Great Place to Work At but there are Growing Pains

Pros
-Growing company & Fast-paced environment - Always something to do & Job stability -Embraces new technology and tries to give customers and employees the best experience possible -Small Company (around 30 people), so they become your true second family -Coworkers are great and create a true team environment -Management takes the time to know you on a personal level and actually cares -Owners and Upper Management have a true open door policy and are always willing to listen to new ideas and suggestions and even implement them -Room for advancement and fun annual Christmas Party
Cons
-They get a lot of online orders and since it is a small company, there is a lot of work to do to process all the orders and not enough employees to handle the workload -Company is growing faster than the staff can handle. -Lots of overtime available, which is good for your wallet but can mean some long days and some Saturdays -Health insurance a little on the high side compared to other companies -One of the owners can be rude and condescending at times

Owner is always seeing the future of his company. Teamwork. Flexible.
Cons
Owner does not know what the Operations Mgr and General Mgr are doing with his company when he is not in the office. Sales reps constantly have to fight for their bonuses promised by the Operations and General Mgr. Operations and General Mgr hire family members and friends very low compensation.
