Pros

Amazing day-to-day work with their business partner. I worked in 2 teams so far and both of them were a delight to work with. Working as a contractor with their partner looks great on resume. Paid certifications are very nice. Nice compensation.

Cons

I tend to be a little worried near contract renovation time, but job stability is proving to be higher than I initialy presumed.

Excellent work-life balance Good pay Remote Work No on-call Everyone gets looped in on what the business is working on and how it's doing.

Cons

None for me, there may be more opportunities for advancement in other jobs, however if you like work-life balance this is a great company.
