Interview
a multi-stage company procedure to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit for a job, typically involving screening, interviews (phone/video/in-person), skills assessments/tests, and reference checks, all structured around introductions, information gathering (broad & role-specific questions), and closing, culminating in a final decision
You can pretty much tell what kind of company it is just by the person who interviewed me — full of himself and clearly clueless. The technical questions were easy, but they turned the whole thing into some kind of horse race — totally over the top and pointless.
