      Pros

      Set goals and guidelines of my training so I was able to keep up with my own progress. The goals set out for me were clear from the beginning and I was consistently given new things to learn and challenge myself

      Always given autonomy to take ownership of your work, with great training and support of co-workers and Manager to ensure you know what you're doing. Rewarded for your efforts and results. Encouraged to go the extra mile working alongside a great team who work alongside you to win for the team.

      Cons

      Variety of work and lots to juggle but I like that!
