Super fun job, soooo chill compared to any other managers I've ever had, GREAT pay for being a camp instructor.
Cons
Long days. You start at 8:45am and end at 9pm. We get two hours breaks for lunch and dinner though. They also told me all of this before I agreed to work there so it feels silly to complain. Housing is a bit old but I can't imagine what it would take to update all of that! If you want stable hours and don't want to live in staff housing, don't agree to this job lol (I loved it though!)
Easy to save money, guaranteed housing and meals, great coworkers, beautiful area with amazing hiking trails.
Cons
Often overworked (especially in spring season), far from any major cities, few opportunities to move up, management won't pay to improve low quality housing and meals.
