Pros

not many that come into my mind

Cons

I've worked here for more than 3 years and witnessed the downfall of its management and performance. They used to give employee stock and share, but those thing become frivolous now. Bonus and Salary hike are the jokes. They cut the vacation, and force you to take vacation so they can stop vacation cash-out to save money, no decent computer to work with, no training, if you're an IT person and not so busy with your project, they will ask you to do anything including changing light bulbs, fixing leaking roof.

Pros

No Pros that I can think of.

Cons

1.) Employees are treated as slaves. 2.)They pay you peanuts and expect you to work 24/7/365.. -They pay extremely low salary and make you work like dogs. 3). Low standard of projects. 4). Work environment is suffocating because of the attitudes of higher ups. 5). HR is the worst I have ever seen. - HR is more interested in gossiping, spreading rumors than doing anything useful for the employees. Overall you would be happy to escape the company if you have accidentally joined it.
