      You figure out what an extremely toxic work environment looks like.

      New leadership is extremely inappropriate... New leadership needed to be talked to by HR and then had to apologize withing 3 months.

      Avoid At All Cost Unless You Want To Feel Like You're In High School

      The fact that there were only 5 of us on third shift. My branch is closing/closed soon after I left.

      Cons

      -Pay (abysmal at best) -So called Employee Retention Bonus: You get an extra 800 for every 30 days you work there with three or less points on your attendance record. I was there for 6 months and never saw one. -Referral bonus: Again, never saw it after I helped someone else get a job there and they worked past the first 90 days. -It was way too much like high school: Cliques, gossip, spreading rumors, and even the bullies. (Nothing against minorities, but the two women who kept harassing me; one was Polish, and the other was Puerto Rican) -No chance for advancement, even though that was promised to all employees at time of hire.
